customers, and independent auditing authorities.

for all. This policy is to be read & understood by all employees.
To achieve and maintain the required level of assurance the Managing Director
retains responsibility for the Quality System with routine operation controlled
by the Quality Management Representative.
The objectives of the Quality Management System are:
1. To maintain an effective Quality Management System complying with
the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
2. To design, manufacture, inspect & test in accordance to ASME & others
customer specified code & standard.
3. To achieve and maintain a level of quality which enhances the
Company's reputation with customers.
4. To ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, statutory and safety
requirements.
5. To endeavor, at all times, to maximize customer satisfaction with the
services
provided by Jutasama Sdn. Bhd.
6. To continually improve the effectiveness of Quality Management System.
